Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TOGOZ website (togoz.ae) and the TOGOZ mobile applications (together, the “Services”), operated by TOGOZ, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. What TOGOZ is
TOGOZ is an ordering platform that connects customers with independent cafes and restaurants (“Partners”). When you place an order, your purchase contract for the food and drinks is with the Partner. TOGOZ provides the technology, processes the payment, and passes your order to the Partner.
2. Accounts
Browsing is open to everyone; placing an order requires an account verified by your UAE mobile phone number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure. One phone number corresponds to one account.
3. Orders, prices and payment
- All prices are set by the Partner and shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay. Menu prices include any applicable charges shown at checkout.
- Orders are prepared for the pick-up method you choose (counter, drive-thru or curbside). Please arrive promptly — freshly prepared food waits for no one.
- Payment is taken in the app by card or from your TOGOZ Wallet balance at the time of ordering. An order is confirmed only once payment succeeds.
- If an item becomes unavailable between browsing and checkout, the app will tell you and ask you to review your cart — you are never charged for an unavailable item.
4. TOGOZ Wallet
The TOGOZ Wallet is a prepaid balance usable only for purchases within TOGOZ. Top-ups are subject to minimum and maximum limits shown in the app. Wallet balances are denominated in AED, are not a bank account, do not earn interest, and cannot be withdrawn as cash except where required by applicable law.
5. Refunds
Refunds may be issued by the Partner or by TOGOZ — in full or for specific items — for example when an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled. Refunds are credited to your TOGOZ Wallet as store credit and are available immediately. Refund requests for a delivered order must be raised within a reasonable time; contact the Partner first, then support@togoz.ae if unresolved.
6. Promotions
Partners may run promotional discounts on TOGOZ. The discounted price shown at checkout is the price charged. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time; orders already placed keep the price they were confirmed at.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services — including placing orders you do not intend to collect, attempting to interfere with the platform’s operation or security, submitting false information, or infringing the rights of Partners, other users, or TOGOZ. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Services.
8. Partner terms
Restaurants and cafes joining TOGOZ do so under a separate partner agreement covering onboarding, equipment, commission and settlement. Interested businesses can register at togoz.ae.
9. Liability
The Partner is responsible for the preparation, quality and safety of the food and drinks, including allergen information. TOGOZ is responsible for the operation of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
